Orthodontic treatment started

Alright well, its been a long time coming and im finally about to get my braces.
I have a cross bite (will post pictures ) its not major, my teeth are straight.. but my bite is not aligned. Before I found the orthodontist for me I tried researching online for people like me with similar issue .. but couldnt find anything or anyone !
So I hope this helps someone out there

Yesterday I got elastics, and wires put between my teeth to space them out for the expander ! lol the elastics wouldnt cooperate so.. theres a mixture of wires & elastics. It didn't hurt me , and the orthodontist was v ery surprised lol.. he told me when I feel pain raise my hand, but I didnt feel a thing.
